The “banane” area is a perfect place for a second home or a buy to let investment (behind the “Croisette” and before the train station), “Montfleury”, “Croix des Gardes” or “la Californie” are great areas as well and not to far from the beaches and shops but you should consider long term rentals rather then short term for these areas (except the film Festival in May).
